MEDIATOR FEES : For instance the Mediator fees will depend on the complexity and amount of issues to be resolved. However,  like many mediators we do not charge a retainer and Vat will not be added to the cost. In addition kindly note we charge on a per hour basis. Most importantly there is no doubt but that mediation is proven to save individuals money as a form of dispute resolution with you deciding the outcome unlike court or arbitration. Above all, the only necessary component is that both parties are willing to come to a solution. Further, they don’t even need to know what that solution might be but merely open to possibilities.  Moreover, mediator fees are generally considerably less than if parties use other means of resolution.
