Mediation can provide much benefit for individuals if they have issues in their relationship. Oftentimes, one can find themselves in a ‘rut’ finding it hard to raise issues without it causing a fight or stopping communication entirely.
You are not alone many of our clients find it hard to speak to the other party as they feel they might have been abused in some way, they don’t have respect and are constantly being judged.
We can contact them if you find it hard and approach the matter with sensitivity and in an entirely neutral way that can benefit both and provide much needed healing while at the same time helping to reduce stress.
If you decide you want to try mediation, have a meeting with a mediator on your own first to talk about your concerns. Once mediation commences the mediator will be there to help you work out your options, keep you calm and focused and make sure you both get a chance to tell your side of the story. And you could get an agreement approved by the court if you want to. However, our document will be legally binding on you both.
